Turned Away From Prescription Pick‑Up -- Arrived at the pharmacy a few minutes before 1:30 p.m., just as an employee was closing the security gate. I explained that I only needed to pick up a prescription, but she told me I’d have to wait until after their lunch break at 2:00 p.m.—despite the fact that a customer ahead of me was still being helped. It apparently would’ve been too much of an inconvenience to take the extra minute to hand over a ready prescription.
They are very rude give wrong information when you ask about prescriptions that are texted to you that is ready to pick up they don’t know what they are and you told to go home and look it up and call them doesn’t matter that you drive half an hour it’s easier for them to tell you to look it up instead of doing there jobs very nasty and treat you like you don’t need your medications they need a class on kindness we will be changing Pharmacies. We the customers are why they have job.
Sick of getting wrong information
Makes me miss Rite Aide.
Pharmacy staff are rude and unprofessional! I guess that's what you get when you hire high school kids with no experience. I'm very disappointed with their repeated mismanagement and can't seem to bill insurance properly. Pharmacist are nice, but their help is disgraceful!!
