I stopped at the GE pharmacy in massillon to pick up my rx on Saturday afternoon. I was the 3rd car in line and waited 20 mins before leaving. I understand that the drive thru is for convenience but I have always been made to pull back around until my order is ready or they can reprocess my rx. When I called to inquire about the wait time at the drive thru I was told it's a convenience only and was hung up on. I am currently just out of surgery and unfortunately can not get out and walk inside so the drive thru is necessary ... read more
Employees are hateful and mean .
We’ve been getting our prescriptions here for years and just the last couple times the drive through is ridiculous. We literally had to wait for almost 15 minutes for just one person to get their prescription. I normally don’t mind waiting but I used up almost half of my lunch break.

Wish they had negative stars. The drive through is terrible. 4 cars over 30 min wait. Ridiculous
