I stood at pick-up counter for 5 minutes? Saw 2 girls, 1 on computer, 1 on cell phone. Neither one looked over at all. I asked "anyone working"? I got my medicine and paid. She just walked away, said nothing... I guess I'm done. This seems to make them mad. Do your job please!
The staff at this pharmacy are incredibly rude. I've never had a problem with any other Giant Eagle pharmacy... but this location has a bad attitude regardless of how friendly you are towards them. They have a superiority complex and need to get a lesson in customer service.
My daughter has severe asthma and was in the hospital. Once we were discharged I had her steroid treatment sent to the giant eagle pharmacy and went straight there after leaving the hospital. I get there at 530 to find out they close at 5???? So now my daughter can't get the medicine she's supposed to have tonight... never again! We will be switching to a different pharmacy that doesn't have so many issues with staying open like this one does!
Everyone is friendly, they do their very best to take great care of me
