Well, here we go again Kelley who has been at the pharmacy probably the only one who has stayed that rings people up tells me every time she doesn’t know why my pills are different price. Oh it’s the insurance. Oh but wait no it’s not. We didn’t run it through right or wait. No it’s not. We didn’t put the discount card in. They still have no idea what they’re doing. I’m done. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever in my life been to. Im disgusted every month I have to call and refill a continuous dosage and they say its early when its due in two days. They have no idea what they are doing! Absolutely no idea what they are doing! Why every month I go through this. I used to have my prescription on the automated thing when you call. I appreciate how busy all pharmacy’s are today. However, a customer should not have to make multiple calls back and forth from Pharmacy to Physician’s office to get regular prescriptions. I had not received a text that the script was ready. I called they said no refills . Had not heard from Physician’s office . And I checked with Physician’s office script was sent day prior.
