I had a disappointing experience at the Giant Eagle Pharmacy on Maple Avenue. While I understand pharmacies can be busy, I felt the communication and customer service could have been more professional and respectful. I hope management reviews the concerns and works to improve the experience for future patients. I can honestly say without hesitation this is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. In fact I would suggest sensitivity training for all staff.
