Absolutely the best customer service pharmacy!!!
The lead tech I spoke too today should not be dealing with customer relations. She was very rude and Her sarcastic tone was not appreciated. Very unprofessional. This is not the first incident.
Never had an issue until they hired some lady that says she has to confirm your address. No need to be giving up any privacy we have left in order to "verify identity" If that is needed you simply ask for ID then. You don't need to have people in line feeling vulnerable and uncomfortable getting prescriptions, especially while others are around and can hear your personal information.
All the pharmacy employees are so nice and professional. They care. It's so much different from the box store pharmacies out there that do not even remember you after years of shopping. It's amazing how they all remember your names and family members and they are always there to answer any and all questions. WE LOVE OUR ROOTSTOWN GIANT EAGLE PHARMACY!!!!
