ZERO STAR REVIEW....just not an option... READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO HERE!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMACIST THAT SPEAKS CONDESCENDINGLY TO CUSTOMERS! Have been going to this location for almost 20 years. Within the last 5 years or so (prior to COVID) service has taken a turn for the worst. Staff is helpful and nice. Pharmacist Mike is wonderful. Always making sure you understand your medications and any changes there are.
This is my last prescription with this location,even though my doctor is directly across the street at neomed..I'll drive to another location..did a prescription refill over the phone on Saturday and the message said will be ready to pick up on Monday at 12:30..I show up at 3:30 and no prescription..they said they forgot it..they finally sent a message at 7:59pm saying they have it..plus couple of the ladies where pretty snotty when I asked when will it show up when I was there,which turn my attitude to worse..it's not the f... read more
