Probably the worst pharmacy known to man. So unorganized and no compassion of any kind in any employees. You can blame it on the transfer from rite aid but it was like this long before.
I never have a problem there. Sure sometimes there’s a long line. And sometimes it takes a few extra minutes to track down my prescription. But it’s not the end of the world. And everyone is always nice to me.
Terrible. Went in the other day and it took them 20 mins to find my prescription. It was ready but they kust couldn't find it. They are so disorganized and have prescriptions laying all over the place so it always takes them awhile to find it. It was also for a dog so you dont have to give a birthday but when I told the guy that he had no idea what I was talking about and took another ten minutes for someone to tell him it goes by phone number instead. They don't answer the phone, never have prescription ready, and they're constantly confused. Every time I go there, the person acts like it's their first day working there. I thought they were overwhelmed with all the rite aid customers but I feel 6 months is more than enough time to figure it out. Edit to add that they may get prescriptions wrong as well. So check it while you're there and not at home, like I did.
I have been calling all week to get my son's medicine refilled no one ever answers the phone .them they seem to always have an attitude then constantly messing up the prescription the doctor sent over so that it messes with my son's insurance and then we have to go through all this again they're very horrible
