Absolutely ridiculous. After a 28 hour notice, scripts were not even started. No communication, rude tech. Sadly, I was not the only customer that had issues, as I saw others during my 40 minute wait for an order that should have taken no more than 5 minutes to retrieve.
I was automatically transferred to this location when my previous rite aid pharmacy closed, and it’s been a frustrating experience. I’ve been trying to call about a prescription for nearly two weeks and haven’t once gotten an answer. I rely on a monthly prescription refill, but at this point I’ll have to go without until I see my new doctor next month—and I’ll be making sure to transfer to a more reliable pharmacy. Have sat in line with 4 cars ahead of us. We've been here for 30 minutes and counting. If you're this bad at your job, CLOSE. RIP Rite Aid, we didn't know what we had until it was gone. Giant Eagle is absolute trash. Go ANYWHERE but here. Anywhere.
Absolutely ridiculous...RIDICULOUS.. GIANT EAGLE IN ALL THEIR GREED, TAKING ON ALL THE RIGHT AID CUSTOMERS TO ADD TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY CAN'T EVEN HANDLE IT. i have been calling this giant Eagle pharmacy for 4 days.
