Dave runs a first class operation. The whole staff is top notch and friendly.
I switched to the Fairview Park Giant Eagle a couple of years ago. Walgreens can’t hold a candle to GE’s friendliness, efficiency, speed, and available stock. I’ve had a few COVID shots with them - very pleasant and quick.
Their escript system “crashed” and they did not communicate this until I went to pick up my medication- one that I’ve been on a long time. Of course they couldn’t fill and told me to “obtain a paper prescription”. Oh okay- sure. Since literally NO ONE writes those anymore. I’ve spent days trying to get this straightened out while also dealing with extreme headaches- that’s what happens when you run out of a medication you’ve been on for a decade!
