Incredibly rude pharmacist manning the phones on 9/30/2026 @9:10am. Called and she didn't even answer, just immediatly put me on hold. When she finally answered the phone, I gave my name amd started telling her what the issue was. She said "uh-huh" to every other word I got out until I stopped speaking and asked if she was OK. Her reply was "Well you're giving me all this information and I don't even have your birthday yet". I normally go to the location in Brookpark, but I wanted to get a flu shot and this was the one I was closest to. The techs and pharmacist were very friendly and helpful. My insurance doesn’t let me get flu shots at Giant Eagle, just prescriptions. I was unaware until today. I refuse to go to CVS after having unpleasant experiences at several locations.
