I normally go to the location in Brookpark, but I wanted to get a flu shot and this was the one I was closest to. The techs and pharmacist were very friendly and helpful. My insurance doesn’t let me get flu shots at Giant Eagle, just prescriptions. I was unaware until today. I refuse to go to CVS after having unpleasant experiences at several locations. Great staff, good phone system for ordering and checking status
I have never had a problem calling and talking with anyone at this location. They send me text messages when my scripts are due to renew.
