The automated phone system takes forever to get you to the main menu or a live person. You'll actually have to listen to all the rambling nonsense every time you call. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone. It'll ring a hundred times, then sometimes it hangs up on me, or other times a person with a mild attitude eventually picks up, but most often the calls go unanswered, ringing endlessly. Fantastic staff and super helpful when i have questions
If I could give this pharmacy a zero star I would . Every time you try and get your prescription filled they are never ready . The people working there are seriously the most ignorant pharmacist I have ever met. !
When I call, the new automated system is very confusing and not user friendly. I refilled a prescription for "cad dis" (they won't name your meds now) by pressing buttons accidentally. I don't even know what it is! No way to cancel it, either. Please go back to the old system.
