When I call, the new automated system is very confusing and not user friendly. I refilled a prescription for "cad dis" (they won't name your meds now) by pressing buttons accidentally. I don't even know what it is! No way to cancel it, either. Please go back to the old system.
I’m extremely disappointed and upset with the service my wife received at this pharmacy. My wife, a leukemia survivor who battles multiple sclerosis daily, went to pick up her doctor- and insurance-approved medication refill. Instead of compassion or efficiency, she was met with judgment and hostility—yet again—by the same pharmacy tech.
