Had a good laugh. Evidently someone at corporate thought it was a good idea to put remote register to sign in next to the drive-in pharmacy window. You pull up to the window to tell them your name, then back up to sign for the script. It won’t take your perk card so you pull forward so they can try to scan it through the window , then back up to swipe your card, then forward to get your meds. Candice and Yavette always take wonderful care of me when I come here and like working with them. Always really nice,polite ect. Wish they'd get promoted there. I can't think of the two rphs that are very knowledgeable.
I am so happy with this pharmacy; it is like night and day from the south Euclid giant eagle on mayfield by the car wash. That pharmacy was so horrible it was unreal but since switching to this pharmacy which is only another 5 minute drive there have been no issues. The old pharmacy had issues every month. This I have been going to now for almost a year and zero issues. Always ready on time and always polite nice customer service. Look at the cake they made for my son's birthday. Normally I purchase birthday cakes from Giant eagle but now I see they just do not care. First make the icing on the border pink for my son's cake then when I told them that this was not okay they called himself fixing it look at the way this cake looks look at it. This cake is not worth anything and it's crazy that this is how they treat their customers
