I have a physical disability which prevents me from going into the pharmacy. I have to use the drive through. Prior to making these drive through kiosks live I was concerned about them so I called corporate and spoke with the pharmacy manager and both told me I would not have to use it. Today the drive through worker said I had to. I have no use of my left hand, and limited range of motion on my shoulders due to an accident 9 years ago.
