My sisters, cousin and I, (4 women, all over 55) left Wildwood to head home Friday 6/29/18, when my SUV made a horrendous noise when I put the brakes on. It was more than metal on metal, it was a grind like I had never heard and I have worked around cars my whole life. I live over 40 minutes away. On my way to work last week my brakes just completely failed. I managed to get my car over to Giant Discount Tire since they are located by my job. Best decision I ever made!! Not only did they quickly figure out what was wrong with my car, they quickly fixed it. I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond from beginning to end. I honestly feel like I was valued as a customer and will definitely will be going back when I need more work done on my car!
Robert was so kind. The service was fast, the station was clean, the coffee was hot and the water cold.... could have waited there for hours in comfort. Better: the service man was honest about my cars issues and let me know I could wait until I got back to hometown Pittsburgh to fix. Thanks, Giant Discount!!
