You should definitely check out giant development they finish anything you tell them to fast and when the job is finished everything is perfect I would recommend.
Their construction activities caused our house to shake significantly and may have resulted in potential structural damage to our property. Since the construction began, we have noticed increased squeaking noises from our floorboards when walking over them, which were not present prior to their work. We live in a newly constructed home built in 2023. I have attached photos of the damages around the house.
What a great company!
Ruined my driveway, workers left lunches and water bottles all in my yard, debris left everywhere. This company won’t return phone calls, they blocked my driveway for days not allowing me to get to work on time. Covered my driveway drain line, left an un finished job! Totally disrespected my privacy yard, and I will be suing if they don’t fix my gravel driveway that they left as a hot nasty ugly mess, I received a response saying they’ve reviewed and completed and fixed my driveway and drainage issue they blocked!
