If I could give negative stars I would this place is a joke. I had a hole in my radiator and water pump those were 2 of the no brainers. When we dropped of the car we told them the AC was not getting cold and the heater was being weird and the dual climates did not match temps when set the same also the dash had a loud humming noise. After a week and a very expensive car rental later we picked it up and they said heater was fine. I drove the car home and the next day it was happening again. I’m so fed up with a place that I had purchased 2 vehicles in the last 6-7 years so far and the declining quality of the service department I had dealt with in the last years. I took my car for a service and repair on Friday at 10:30 am. The repair ran until Saturday after noon. Drove car later on Saturday, vehicle died and Had to be towed back home to wait until service department opens on Monday. Kassidy, my advisor was so good to me. I had to bring my C8 z06 in for a recall. Knowing that the part takes long to get in stock, she preemptively ordered the part so that it was ready for me sooner. Throughout the entire experience she was great at updating me with the progress.
