Nonexistent communication and wasting my time.
Has a comfortable waiting room. Favorite magazines to read. Tv to watch while waiting.
Pointless to make an appointment, they want you to drop your car off in the morning then leave it until closing time.
Communication was great. Although they weren’t able to get to all the services I had requested the day I brought my truck in, they completed the service free of charge on a different date, making things right for the added inconvenience. This is how a business should operate!
