Absolutely terrible service department! Brought my newly purchased Silverado in for an oil change last Thursday with an intake appt of 11:00. Four hours later and my vehicle and yet to be taken into a bay for work. My bad. Clearly didn’t give the team enough time to complete the service. Came in for an oil change and a 15,000 mile maintenance on my 2026 Chevrolet Traverse, purchased from this dealership back in August. Service was excellent even with it being very busy. AJ was very helpful and let me know that it would be a long wait. I was prepared for the wait. Watched a movie and a couple of videos on my phone while waiting. If I could give negative stars I would this place is a joke. I had a hole in my radiator and water pump those were 2 of the no brainers. When we dropped of the car we told them the AC was not getting cold and the heater was being weird and the dual climates did not match temps when set the same also the dash had a loud humming noise. I’m so fed up with a place that I had purchased 2 vehicles in the last 6-7 years so far and the declining quality of the service department I had dealt with in the last years. I took my car for a service and repair on Friday at 10:30 am. The repair ran until Saturday after noon. Drove car later on Saturday, vehicle died and Had to be towed back home to wait until service department opens on Monday.
