Got my floors done 3 years ago and was very pleased with the service. But the product is just awful. We are already going to have to rip out all the flooring. It’s buckling and chipping all over and not even in high traffic areas. Wish we had just spent a little more and gone with a better service/product.
After doing a great deal of research, my wife and I chose Giant Carpet and Flooring as the company to purchase and install new vinyl flooring for our condominium. Fantastic experience! Moe was incredibly helpful and patient with helping me decide on which flooring to use, and he stayed in contact throughout the entire process. Their installation team is top notch, too. I just had to secure any Knick knacks and that was it - they took care of the rest. Moe was phenomenal- i priced out a few spots and not only was Giant the best priced but they covered things that were unforseen like unlevel spots from on room to another- a built in area we removed that added more exposed flooring… i couldnt have had an easier experience.. AND zero percent. Moe had his team in and out of our house in 2 days.. moved all the furniture- sent me pics with updates.. i wish i had more floors so i could do more business with Moe and Giant
