Bought my first new road bike here. Staff were very helpful and approachable!
Wonderful and friendly service
We were running with our running pram (about 15kms from home!), and we blew a tire. After going to another store (Edge Cycleworks), who shooed us out like a bad smell, the wonderful Rex from Giant, promptly repaired the wheel. We were even given bottles of water from the lovely lady attendant (sorry didnt catch her name). Great service.
Most amazing service I have ever experienced. My bike was broken and unrideable the day before Ironman cairns. They fixed everything coming in early the morning before the race and had me ready to go. I am beyond grateful and would recommend giant cairns and their helpful staff without reservation!!
Buying my talon 0 from Cairns gaint I felt I was dealing with professional people from the moment I walked in until I push my new bike out the door the staff were accommodating coming from a road background they explained all about the ins and out of the down to setting the front forks adjusting seat height thank you csirns giant Rick Eustace
