We are having our front patio redone and I couldn't be more impressed with giant, especially our designer leo and our project manager, allen We had a one on one meeting with the designer who gave us great ideas and then our project manager has been extremely responsive and helpful! He came to our house a couple days before demo day to check things out and answer questions. This is a very professional company and if you go with them you won't be disappointed.
We were in the market to replace our downstairs laminate flooring due to some water damage. I had 6 contractors come out, and allen is the only one who not only followed up with me, but kept in constant touch with me during the entire insurance claim process. His professionalism and knowledge was exceptional and we chose him and his Company to replace our flooring. They came out 2 days after we placed the order and the results were amazing. Did some handyman work at our church, did a good job
We loved the professionalism in their work. We needed to turn our front lawn into concrete driveway and decided to go with Giant Builders. Allen, the co-owner of the company, gave us a reasonable estimate also explained the entire process including the details of their work. Once the project was done, Allen checked to make sure everything was okay and that we were satisfied. We really appreciated him. Giant Builders will be our go to company for our future projects.
I was happy that I chose giant to move a fence in my yard. They gave a reasonable estimate, and a convenient start date. Allen and Leo completed the work with high quality and within the time frame he had promised. He selected and bought good wood posts for the fence. allen texted or called me promptly to messages. I'd certainly use them again.
