Called for help and the guy on the phone was incredibly rude and disrespectful because he was unaware some SRAM brakes used mineral oil and thought I was wrong / stupid. Will not be giving them any more of my business.

Three years ago, I drove from Toronto to this Barrie location to buy my favorite bike. At the time of purchase, I was never informed that I could bring it back for free servicing or adjustments. When I later called the store to inquire, I was told that the service was not free. Interestingly, we had a similar situation with another bike we purchased in Toronto three years ago — that store kindly offered a full service for free, even though we hadn't used it until now.
