Amazing service Thank you
I just wanted to share my experience as I was very impressed . I was searching for some technical information in regards to a Giant road bike and tried calling some of the local shops with no luck. Nobody really wanted to take the time to help me out. I called Giant Barrie and within 3 mins I had an answer to my question. Thank you for the excellent customer service Giant Barrie.
I don’t know who I talked to about a ride control dash but they were pretty knowledgeable told me to dry it out see what’s up when that didn’t fix it they actually priced me the part for 40 dollars less then everywhere else so that in it own deserves five stars especially considering they are the giant dealer! Thanks boys
Have to say that the guys at Giant Barrie are amazing. They aren’t there to sell you a hike, they sincerely want to set you up with the RIGHT bike. I went in with an idea if what I wanted, but they took the time to ask questions and make suggestions. In the end, I pivoted and purchased what they suggested and I’m super pleased after only a day of riding!
