We booked Demond’s company for a wedding to occur in August of 2020 including a deposit. This booking happened in May of 2019. We reached out in February of 2020 as we were considering postponing the wedding to the coronavirus epidemic and have been continuing to try to reach him for going on four months. All emails have gone unanswered, all calls have been ignored, all we got from reaching out on social media was a thumbs up. All we want is our deposit back but it would seem that the owner has taken the money and run.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Paid company in full. No call no show. Ignored all phone call and emails day of event. left us scrambling to find food to serve two hours prior.
Demond has been great so far in the process of catering our future wedding in 2020. The tasting was spectacular and he definitely gave us what we were looking for. We look forward to what next year holds for us!
Demond was easy to work with, very responsive to my calls and was at our event on time and ready to serve as promised. This was the first time we used Demond’s services and were very pleased. We will use him again.
