I’m extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and honesty on the part of Mark Phillips, Mr. Gianos’s partner. I am filing a grievance with as many “higher ups” as possible for the unprofessional behavior I was forced to endure at the hands of Mark. I was misinformed by him and could have saved thousands of dollars by letting the QDRO company handle the Domestic Relations Orders after my divorce. Not once did Mark suggest that I take that route.
