Very happy with Giannone plumbing got an appointment quickly to look at our Navien tank less water heaters that was showing error code. Mike arrived on time was able to correct the issue immediately and performed the annual maintenance on the water heaters. I would highly recommend!
This company is taking advantage of people with the cold weather we’ve had. They asked me to pay a guarantee of $3k for them to LOOK INTO a broken pipe and then charged over $300 for a visit that was never disclosed prior to their arrival. Do not trust this company. As a follow up, another plumber came out and fixed the issue no problem.
