They are UNBELIEVABLY responsive and very professional. We called regarding a disposal issue at 8:30 AM and they were at my door at 8:50. Problem solved quickly and neatly

Absolutely the best plumbing, heating, and air conditioning company on the island! We’ve used Giannone for several plumbing jobs over the years, and most recently, they installed a mini split AC/heating unit in one of our bedrooms, as well as a new garbage disposal and three new toilets.They are consistently prompt, reliable, and fairly priced. Communication is top-notch—calls are always returned within 24 hours, often even sooner—and scheduling has never been an issue. I wouldn’t trust any other company in Margate!
The job was completed fine but I had a little leak in my bathtub spout where I needed a monitoring cartridge. It’s a little plastic piece that cost around $40 and took about 15 minutes to replace. I was hit with a WHOPPING $453 BILL. That’s insane and equals to over $1,800 per hour! I’ll be calling someone else next time.
Chris and team came out within an hour of our call to replace the water heater. They have done a great job in the past with multiple other plumbing needs. Highly recommend them!!
