Giannola Construction did a fantastic job adding square footage to our entryway. Their crew was courteous, considerate of my thoughts and ideas, and worked hard to make our idea realty! We are doing the floors and trim separate, but the new room is complete otherwise and we couldn't ask for more!
Giannola installed a standing seam, hidden fastener metal roof on our house. My old home needed some overhangs installed to maintain proper soffit ventilation to the attic. The guys at Giannola were great to work with and do a quality job. Although I hope to never need another roof on this house I wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again. Job well done Adrian, Andy and the rest of the crew.
This builder is very good. Contacted him and because the job wasn't urgent I was willing to be scheduled a year out. The workers were gentlemen and persisted with replacing a wraparound porch on a 150+ year old house. Nothing was square to say the least.
I didn’t even want to leave a review, but this isn’t a bad burrito, this is a home build. Working with this builder, specifically our project manager, grew into a nightmare over our 26+ month home build. If you have a one off project like a deck or a roof, perhaps they are for you. Very happy with Giannola's. We were scheduled promptly, the work was done in one day and cleaned up nicely. The service crew were prompt, clean, efficient and polite.
