We have been getting practically all of our car care done by Giannini's for many years. We appreciate that they are always courteous and know us (and our cars) so well. These days, they are keeping our Toyota, Jaguar, Honda and Subaru running smoothly.
Service was performed on schedule. Personnel were very polite and explained any potential future necessities. I would highly recommend Giannini's auto service.

Giannini's was unlike any auto shop I have been to in that the staff genuinely cares about the maintenance of their customer's vehicles, rather than doing just enough to get the car out of the parking lot and money in their pocket. Anyone looking for a trustworthy, quality auto shop should take their car here.
Friendly timely service well done
I would recommend this shop to everyone! Given the fact that my car is an older model, I'm glad I found them instead of being forced into buying a new one.
These guys are the only techs that seem to really care about you as a customer. They bend over backwards in order to provide you with the best value for your money. I won't take my car anywhere else now! Their tracking systems and maintenance schedules are fantastic, and they help teach you about how automobiles work and what it takes to perserve their life and avoid further problems.
At my request, AAA towed my car to the nearest AAA approved repair shop. It was 2am so all I could do was drop my key into the slot & wait for a call. Don saved my engine & when I picked up the car, Craig explained each repair, replacement & maintenance item performed. I'll never take my car anywhere else again. The only thing that could make this experience any better is if I lived withing walking distance of the shop!
We appreciate your business and will continue to help you keep that car on the road for ten more yours! By then you will have saved enough money to pay cash for a brand new Cadilac! Or what ever car you want! ; ) Thanks again, Don Giannini and Staff.
