Placed an online order and it was closed. I guess I’m not eating tonight.
I ordered via Uber Eats and got Chicken Marsala based on the ratings I saw on Uber. I don't know what is got but this isn't any rich buttery sweet Marsala infused chicken. I can tell they even used canned mushrooms as the flavor of the mushroom is more vinegar tasting. I am so upset and Uber will not refund my order. Marsala doesn't look anemic and beige. It's brown and rich sauce. If I were in restaurant I would have them take it back. I am going to call them directly.
Good pizza
I’ve only ordered delivery from Gianni’s and it’s always been large deliveries. Food has always been delievered on time and is delicious. I’ve appreciated the customer service where I have pre-ordered online and they have called me to confirm the order so there is no confusion.
