I needed to find a new barber today because of a unique set of circumstances (my regular for 15+ years wasn't available and I needed a cut and beard shape/fix). So, I did what I do and used Yelp to see who was highly recommended and in the area. Some great reviews led me to Gianni's. Gianni is a great guy! Each time I’ve gone he has done an excellent job.
I would have given at least three stars, but I have 5 kids, that actually behave, and he gave us a hard time for bringing in kids. Good riddance! People forget, kids grow up. Good luck with your business when you turn away people.
