Gianni was wonderful to work with!! I had another realtor try to talk me into to selling to in investor. I was uncomfortable with that. I called Gianni he put my house up for sale and sold it immediately, for 45k more. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and responsive during the whole process and I highly recommend his services. Gianni is an awesome realtor! He answered all my questions and was extremely prompt in all aspects. He handled so many things at once and I don’t know what I would’ve done without him! Gianni sold my house and helped me to find my current home. I had very specific details and needs in what I was looking for and he really went above and beyond anything I have experienced.
