The first time I saw the delicate butterfly charm, by Gianni Deloro, I was stunned by the lovely appearance. I didn’t buy it, for a while, then it was the right time and I’m glad I purchased it. When it arrived, I was even more impressed because it is even prettier than it looks in any photo I’ve seen online. It’s delicate but strong. I was unlucky to oder online a product from this shop, the product was in very bad quality and did not match the description given on the website. When I complained the shop owner answered me very impolite, instantly using insulting words, and still does not want to make full recharge for the price of returned product. Be careful ordering here
