Waiting time is too much.
My third time at Giannella’s subs, I had to have a cheesesteak. I must say it was delicious, the meat was tasty and fresh, the bread was freshly baked and soft!! Who needs to go to Philadelphia for a cheesesteak, when Giannella’s is a 5 minute drive!!
I had high hopes based off a recommendation from a coworker. I ordered the chicken parm and then went and took a seat. I watched multiple groups come in, order, and get their food before me. I waited 30 minutes before asking where my food was. I was met with attitude and excuses. The woman told me they were melting the cheese. 10 minutes later I got my food. Again I asked if it normally takes this long. More attitude from the woman. The food was ok. Not 40 mins worth of waiting. I would never eat here again
