The workers there are very polite and always greet you with a smile. I seen the reviews and they are harsh. Any one cashing a check has to be present to take a photo. Its a security measure to avoid fraud. The fees are not bad. The fees are under nys regulations. So they charge what the state mandates period. Ladies keep up the good work.
Every one there is always so friendly and greet you with a smile. I never spend more than 10 minutes there. Your in and out quickly.
Honestly no help whatsoever, incompetent people and very rude, don't support this business
After weeks of cashing my checks there I've experienced some real racist b.s. from the girls working there , Now I'm standing in line waiting while she working with another customer one other brother there but he is not standing on the line , she called for the next person he stepped up to handle his business and another lady came from the back and call me to step up to the window i sign and hand her the same payroll check I've been cashing for the last few weeks I go to give my I.d. and she said no I'm in her system already... read more
