Dr. McEvoy is the Best I recommend her to Everyone. She listens to your needs and she delivered all 3 of my Grandchildren.
My first experience was with her 2 years ago, very compassionate and understanding. I absolutely love her as my doc. She makes me feel comfortable and that she cares. Long story short, my hubs has a genetic defect that could effect my daughter. She has a 50% chance of getting. When she found out she went to work contacting geneticists to see if she could be tested ASAP as we were told she had to be 18. She was on the ball and ready to put our minds at ease. I’m not going into the full details of my medical diagnosis, however when something was found, I found her to be rather uncompassionate. Then the fact that she stood in the open doorway and asked if I had any questions shows a lack of professionalism.
I wish all doctors were like Dr. McEvoy, very caring, knowledgeable, supportive, just amazing, really. I had a great experience throughout my pregnancy and the birth of my first child, thanks to this doctor and great nurses at the Center for Women at Mount St. Mary’s hospital. She always has a positive, friendly attitude and is very approachable, the kind of doctor you feel comfortable with when you have concerns and questions that are often difficult to discuss (stupid ones, personal ones, etc).
