when my man was in pampa hospital and died with cancer in 2010 .he came in the room and was crying . and comforant me . I'll never will for get thank you
Absolutely awful. Rude front office staff And don't answer their phones...the comments saying Dr Nguyen is nice yeah that's true but he dont come to this location ever so your stuck seeing New NP all the time. Dont waste your time here!
Office never answers the phone, and they can't even handle the simple task of filing an insurance claim
They are understaffed so get ready to hear the phone ring and ring if you call. I had to call multiple times just to get someone on the phone. One call I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The NP I finally talked to was rude and condescending. Don't waste your time here.
