I would only recommend these apartments if you are desperate for a place to live as the conditions of the old building are riddled with issues such as a near constant mice, problematic heaters that are outdated and WAY too expensive to run, not to mention that half of them didn’t work properly. When leaving I had a verbal agreement saying that I would get prorated last month deposit returned and that never happened even when I brought it up later. I’ve been renting from Gianocola real estate for almost 10 years and it’s been a pleasure from the start. Very attentive to my needs, they have been wonderful to me. Can’t say enough about the girls in the front office! Great people!!
