you will find exceptional service with beyond perfect tasting desserts here. Giancarlo and his wife were a pleasure to meet and very welcoming. you can taste the love that's put into each bite of pastry. the tiramisu torte was perfect. as we enjoyed our selections, I asked my husband could he imagine their family gatherings and how awesome to have the privilege to learn from such a master. thank you both so much for making us feel special and for making sure there was tiramisu!
For my wedding in May 2019, we hired Giancarlo Fine European Pastries to create an authentic Swiss wedding cake. My husband and I had very high standards after tasting my late Master Pastry Chef grandfather’s cakes for years. But Giancarlo blew it out of the park with taste and looks. We also wanted real flowers to be added to our cake and he was able to do it at the venue. He was on time, set up the cake perfectly, and was easy to work with.
