So far I'm really impressed with Giana Andrews State Farm office. I made the switch from Shelter and Scott has been great to work with.
Scott at this office answers calls, replies to email, and just gets it done. Doesnt dally, either. Previous agent I had to physically go to the office to get things done as email and voicemail was a black hole. So 5 stars from me for making things happen. Recommend.
Wonderful people to talk to. Amy has been super helpful with explaining all the details on insurance during our process of switching over to State Farm and helping us get the coverage we need but also at a reasonable price! Definitely recommend working with this team!
Scott was so helpful! I learned a lot, as well as getting a great policy.
My roof was damaged by hail in Missouri last year, within a week an adjuster was out taking assessments and reassurance that State Farm would take care of our family home and replace the roof and gutters. We are pleased with the work of a new roof and gutters, and the checkups from our local agents. These guys go out of their way to make sure we understood the processes involved.
