We are so thankful to Gian for his hard work and dedication in helping us get approved with lenders at a great rate. Honestly, he’s like a superhero. I don’t know how he does it! We are truly grateful and will continue working with him in the future. I can’t say thank you enough. Even with all the late-night calls, Gian always made himself available and went above and beyond for us.
Gian was very informative, patient, kind, and did a great job of explaining the process of renewing our mortgage and obtaining a home equity line of credit. He got back to me very quickly with any questions I had and provided an exceptional level of service from start to finish even getting us a better rate from the regular banks. He is knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process.
I was all set to purchase a new home with the go ahead from my bank. After I put the offer on the house conditional to financing my bank was unable to approve me! I reached out to Gian and he quickly went to work for me. Within a couple of days Gian had me approved with a great interest rate and I was able to secure our new home.
