The only 2 doctors that I have ever trusted were at this practice. One retired, and the other was grossly mistreated by the other office staff. The gross mistreatment of Jamey Renninger has me immediately leaving this practice to follow her to another. She was the only one left at the practice that had ever made me feel safe with my care, and I will accept no less than that. I have been going here for about 2 decades if not longer. I continue to use this location and practice due to the medical experience and genuine care. My entire family uses this practice and we all have had nothing but consistent positive experiences. I will of course continue to use this practice; they are privately owned! That for me is huge. Canceled my appointment and told me when I arrived for the appointment. Reason given, the doctor is eating lunch. The doctor and I had over 4 months to plan on eating lunch before or after my appointment time. They actually asked when a good time to come back is. My family will find a new primary care provider.
Nasty receptionist. That’s as far as I got. No empathy or professionalism whatsoever. Patient First needs to stop referring people to them.
