I have been coming here randomly since 2018—a total of probably eight or nine times. I've never reviewed this place, but this being the last time I'm ever going to eat here, I might as well give you my opinion. This is a pretty awful place that gets worse every year, but in fairness, this is Kearney, so I'm not really expecting much. We love eating at Giambalvo’s!!!! My husband and stepson love the chicken Parmesan. Rose pasta for me with bacon added on! One of the waitresses told me to add the bacon a couple years ago, now I never get it without it. Small town feel and delicious food!! And great service!
I love Giambalvos! I’ve been a few times (like I think three) :D My husband loves their wood fired pizza and he can be picky. He says it has good flavor, and he loves the wood fired aspect especially! He also likes trying the food I order and I must note he loved the basil tortellini dish they serve and he isn’t a basil fan usually. Tenderloin sandwich shrunk, ravioli didn’t seem to be homemade. We went to try out based on reviews and pictures but even tenderloin is described a big… was about the size of mcchicken.
