Overall my experience from beginning to present..I had felt what anxiety felt like for the very first time....I asked so many questions concerning the procedure I was having..Dr Giallorenzi & his Staff in the back made me feel at ease, comfort me, rubbed my shoulders, however this 1 person particular on the receptionist team I had to humble cause she forgot about what HIPPA was...the other receptionist apologized to me & spoke gentle & quietly 2 me 😔

In my 24 years I have never once been spoken to by a professional the way I was by Dr. Giallorenzi. I was unable to get a ride home from my procedure so I was unable to go under general anesthesia. I expressed to him that I have severe anxiety & he immediately told me that I needed to be asleep for the procedure. Instead of telling me to simply reschedule he demeaned me in front of his assistants & told me to “either find someone else or get out & reschedule” then ended it with “you’re dismissed” & stormed off.
