Shockingly mediocre. I ate here years ago and found the food to be, absolutely incredible. Now? Marinara sauce had no seasoning, like crushed tomatoes right out of the jar; pasta was overcooked and the bruschetta (on their house bread) was over charred and too chewy to bite apart with your teeth - also, what kind of red sauce joint puts goat cheese on bruschetta?Used to be much better before it expanded and everything about this place feels phoned in and different. I'm sad to say, go elsewhere.
Mixed experience. The pasta was good—the ravioli was well-cooked and flavorful. However, the octopus was a major disappointment; it was overcooked and had the texture of a rubber band. On top of that, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was not up to par. The kitchen has potential with its pasta, but they really need to fix their seafood timing and improve their hygiene.
The service is great and it's cute inside. But I found it to be the worst Italian food I've ever had. The "marinara" sauce had no seasoning or texture. It was like a bland pomodoro. The bruscetta bread was too charred and ruined the flavor. The untoasted bread was delicious. I won't be going back. Extremely disappointed.
