I have had such an amazing experience with Giacco signature properties. I dealt with everyone from that office and they have all been very knowledgeable and they were there for me through every step of the home buying process. I just read the most recent review on here and I must say that the person must not be knowledgeable about real estate. The worst realtors I have encountered. They are either racist or very unprofessional. The broker Donnamarie talked down to me and was downright rude. I was making an offer on a property they had listed, they wanted me to provide them with proof of funds even though I had the verified preapproval from Wells Fargo and my offer wasn’t accepted yet.
