Ironic for an ear, nose throat specialist to be a poor listener but that's exactly my experience with Dr Giacchi. He had me coming 2-3 times per week to "suction" my ear infection. It hurt and was terribly loud but when I complained, he said that was the only option. Yet, he also said it was fine for me to fly for a business trip to Chicago. He was wrong on all counts.
