GIA Smash Repairs have been so helpful with the process of getting my Hyundai rear passenger door replaced after someone ran into it and didn't leave any details. Malcolm was easy to deal with and then helped us get the car back late on a Friday evening. The car was delivered in perfect condition and they are totally the best organisation to deal with.
While I understand they are not obligated to provide a quote, I was told I would receive one the next day. It has been almost a week with no response, which was disappointing.
I had substantial rust damage on my car and after unsuccessfully trying to find a decent panel beater on the east side to give me a proper assessment and fix the job promptly, I found Malcolm at GIA Smash Repairs. I had a last minute issue with a backpack strap stuck in the boot of my car which meant it wouldn’t open. I rang GIA smash and repairs and Malcolm told me to bring it in. He was also kind enough to text the address to me. He had the strap freed within minutes. He didn’t make me wait for hours or quote me a ridiculous amount of labour costs. It’s been a very long time since I have received such honest, reliable and GREAT service from anyone. Thank you Malcom! Please don’t hesitate to use GIA!!
I can’t recommend highly enough Malcolm GIA @ Five Dock . After my parked car was hit by a bus I thought no one would repair it as it is 2010 Nissan Micra but the car had low km and excellent condition .He was professional , took care and attention to detail.
