Dr. Iduru is the best! He is who I have selected for GI over 10 years and his interaction with his patients has only gotten better.
I have to give an overall unsatisfactory rating, even though my colonoscopy procedure went well without any big service issues. But the staff at the W Lake Houston Pkwy location does not have any focus and do not care about prompt communication. I have left close to 4-5 messages with the staff and Andrea, but I am yet to receive a call back regarding my prescription for the past two months.
