There is no consideration for the time of the patient. The office is poorly managed. I had records faxed over from the ER. I was told they were faxed to the wrong location, although the receptionist gave me that fax when I scheduled. I was told to call back the ER and have them sent to the atascocita location. I asked her to just call her sister location and get the records that way. The next day when I called to verify the fax arrived, I was told it did not. Had a procedure. No call from office after to follow up and discuss results. So I call several times and no answer. Leave a message and even do their online after hours text so that someone could contact me the next day. Nothing. This is not a doctor review, it is a review of the facility.
Dr Iduru was excellent, he took his time to explain everything going on and did not rush out to the next patient. Have to love when a doctor sits and listens, then answers all of your questions. Will recommend him to everyone!!
