Dr Lal isnd his staff are very knowledgeable and professional.
I had an office appointment and was waiting for a cardiologist approval due to my prescription blood thinner. I was told GI Spec would contact me after the approval was received. The cardiologist sent a message they have approved me for the procedure. I waited for the GI office to contact me to set up the colonoscopy. No contact from GI Spec. I’ve been seeing Dr. Lal for several years now. He has changed how I manage a chronic disorder and improved my quality of life. Appointments are efficient and timely. The office team is very kind and helpful especially when needing to contact the doctor with a question or refill. Best GI group in Atlanta!
