if I could give 0, I would. I made an appointment with them in Feb 2023 and got my appointment in August 2023. When the appointment was approaching, I got a letter from them said my appointment need to reschedule to another day which I won't be available. I called them, a lady with a attitude like "we don't care about you, we don't need your business" answer my call and said next available appointment would be in January 2024! Called multiple times over the past two weeks and was on hold for more than 15 minutes every time. No answer. Also sent an email to the scheduling email provided. No answer. Same thing happened to my Grandmother, she had to call more than 5 times in a week and be on hold for up to 30 minutes before anyone answered her.
Excellent overall visit and procedure. A thank you to the receptionist, to Lisa, Dr. Walters, Lisa, Jackie, Holly, Colleen, and Dr. Brooks. All were professional, friendly and had a great bedside manner. They all come HIGHLY recommended. Thank you all.
Waited 2 months for an appointment with a recommended physician and the day before the appt they call to inform me it has been changed to a different provider and will be telehealth. Too many other great great gastro docs in the tri-state area. Canceled.
There are not enough good things to say about this office. The entire staff is wonderful, and very quick to respond to their patients.
