The visit and procedure went fine, but the follow-up is absolutely terrible. My procedure was nearly three weeks ago AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY RESULTS. No one answers the phone at any of GI Solutions offices and I haven't had a single one of my voicemails returned. The customer service at this office is terrible, but billing must be great. While I have yet to receive my test results, they did manage to already send me a bill.
