I was seeing DR ERLICH of GI Solutions for almost a year. The day of my last appointment, (when I was to find out the results of my scan and HOPEFULLY get some help) he had a woman phone me to demand $250.00( of which I did not have) or I could NOT see him. I’m still in pain now. All because this greedy little man did not get more money.
I was seeing DR ERLICH of GI Solutions since June, 2023. I saw the Doctor 3 times, had one humiliating test in his office and finally in October, had a scan on my stomach. I made (what I thought was) my last appointment with the doctor to get the results. At this time, the Doctor phoned me 30 minutes prior to my appointment and told me I could NOT see him unless I came in with $250.00! I am on Medicaid which he had taken since the very beginning. Very professional team. Dr. Erlich was very informative and explained the procedure in detail!
Wondering if this will get me a call back. I had a colonoscopy & endoscopy done on June 19th by Dr. Erlich. I was advised to call a week later to go over test results & so I did. I called last week multiple times and left multiple voicemails. I finally received a call last Friday from someone informing me that the drs assistant was out and they would call me Monday (July 1st). Dr. Erlich and his staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received at GI Solutions (Talcott location). His staff went out of their way to fit me into urgent appointments leading up to an endoscopy/colonoscopy and the day of my procedure Dr. Erlich and his staff took very good care of me. Very highly recommended.
