This was my first visit with Dr. Ehrlich. He was very friendly and explained everything to me regarding my 1st colonoscopy coming up. The staff were friendly and organized.

It was my first appointment with Dr. Jonathan Erlich and I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Best of all, Dr. Erlich listened intently to all my questions and health concerns. His answers were reassuring, calmed me down and made me comfortable. This visit was incredibly rewarding.

We've been trying to schedule an appointment for more than a week. They never pick up the phone. Never. All of the options on the menu don't work. We've left about 5 voice messages describing the purpose of call and leaving the phone number. No one ever cared to call back. Once we were lucky and a lady picked up the phone. We sent her a picture of my son's insurance for her to provide us with more information and she promised to call back. We've never heard from them since. Nor they care to pick up the phone since. I was seeing DR ERLICH of GI Solutions for almost a year. The day of my last appointment, (when I was to find out the results of my scan and HOPEFULLY get some help) he had a woman phone me to demand $250.00( of which I did not have) or I could NOT see him. I’m still in pain now. All because this greedy little man did not get more money.
