Wonderful staff, like an organized army, professional and gracious nurses.
This was my first colonoscopy and to say the least I was beyond afraid. I am usually pretty tough with things, but I guess this was very scary for me because you never know what to expect. The staff must have seen how nervous I was and I can't speak enough of how much they helped me. The doctor was aces and so hopeful. The staff treated me like an actual human and the doctor was was a class act. This post could never be enough to say how much I am thankful for the way I was treated and making me feel at ease. The Nurse I had was Joan, she was with me from beginning to end she's was a very wonderful nurse for me during my procedure. I can tell she knows how to do her job very well and I want to say thanks so much from the bottom of my heart. She's an Excellent Nurse.

My husband and I actually arrived quite late to my appointment. I had put the wrong time in my calendar. I was greeted by Carolina. She was very nice. She offered to see if Dr. Erlich might still be able to see me today. It all worked out. Elizabeth greeted me and my husband. She took my vitals and updated my recent medical history which included surgery for a broken humerus. Elizabeth had a very caring attitude. Dr. Erlich came in, smiling as usual.
