i have never seen a more disrespectful doctor office than this place especially Kim Mathis even if the doctors are kind they clearly are to busy to worry about how staff treats their patients.
Would not recommend at all l, waited over an hour past our appointment time with zero information that they were running extremely behind. To the point we had to leave with out getting to have our appointment. Not only did we not get our appointment when we spoke with the check out lady informing her we had to leave she acted like it was the funniest thing in the world. If they would have bothered to inform us of how behind they were we would have made other arrangements so we could have kept our appointment. Would not recom... read more
The lady that drew my blood was extremely rude to me multiple times and sarcastic for no reason. She was completely unprofessional with a ripped glove and asked me to grab my own vials. She even implied I was weird for watching her draw but, no. I was concerned about her ripped glove. Will NEVER go again.
