I’ve used GI plumbing for a few issues recently and they are fantastic! From the moment the receptionist answers the phone, they are pleasant & very understanding. Not to mention quick to respond & tend to ANY plumbing issues. The techs are always so nice & fix the issues at hand. HIGHLY recommend if you want a reliable, good, and reasonable priced plumber!!!
I scheduled an appointment for Friday 12pm-2pm on a Sunday as that was the earliest appointment available. I received 2 calls within the time window that the technician was "tied up" & would be there "closer to 2." Just before 2, I received a text & an email saying that my appointment had been rescheduled to Monday without being consulted. This was a huge waste of my partner's time and now we will have to schedule with someone else, further delaying having a functioning kitchen sink. G. I. Plumbing was the best plumbers ever. they kept me informed of the schedule of days and times and of them in route. Super polite, covered areas to contain all dirt. They answered all our questions and our concerns of damage to other thing close to work area. they to us of the cost up front and held to it. I will tell everyone to use G. I. plumbing.
