We had a great experience with Jesse from G.I. Plumbing! He was extremely professional, personable, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. He diagnosed our issue quickly and offered very reasonable pricing. It's rare to find someone who blends expertise with top-notch customer service like that. Highly recommend Jesse and the GI Plumbing team out of Evans City!
Jesse did an amazing job installing all of the plumbing we needed to have an upstairs bathroom. He worked hand in hand with our handyman who was going to install the sink toilet shower flooring and fixtures. Jesse was so kind and personable the whole time he was hhere.
Had issues with laundry water backing up into our basement. Joe gave us an honest assessment of the problem and fair price. He returned 2 days later (at our request) and completed the work. Long term solution to the problem could have been a major expense and something other plumbers would have pushed for however, Joe gave us another viable solution that will (when we are ready), save us thousands of dollars. Our experience with GI Plumbing was exceptional from start to finish. The work required that the water service be shut-off at the street. Victoria was responsive and flexible in scheduling our job so that we could coordinate seamlessly with the water company. Dom was friendly, courteous, and highly skilled at his work. He explained everything in detail. The entire area was neat and organized when he finished. If it were possible, we would give GI Plumbing many more stars!
We have used GI Plumbing a few times now and will continue to rely on them for our plumbing service needs. They provide excellent communication from making the appointment to arrival times.
