GI Plumbing tech Joe Fleming installed an access panel to our shower & replaced pipe. I was very pleased how Joe explained exactly what had to be done. When the job was done he showed us how everything now worked correctly. This is a wonderful plumbing company & the work is always excellent.
Round 2! Drain clogged, water backing up into basement. Joe camera’d and obvious terracotta pipe failure and some very sketchy previous “repairs” by whomever worked on it before we bought this house; such as: rubber joints, strange/irregular angles of piping. Painful to know you gave crap plumbing (pun intended) and repairs are going to hurt the wallet BUT, knowing the repair will be done right and in a timely manner is as satisfying as it can be. Again, we were blessed with Joe and Austin and they worked their magic for us.... read more
Starting with Victoria in the office and Joe and Austin on the property performing the inspections I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend.
My only complaint is I wish I knew about this company sooner!! They were absolutely amazing and showed up at my house ten minutes after I called.
